Confirmed- Omar Sy Lands The Role Of Bishop In 'X-Men: Days Of Future Past'!

A couple of months ago our sources told us that there was some news coming out of Marvel’s camp about the new African American character that would be introduced in X-Men: Days Of Future Past. We discovered then that the character was going to be Bishop, and shortly after that we heard that French actor Omar Sy (Of The Intouchables fame) had nailed the part.

Well, early today it was confirmed by another outlet that we were right: Comic Book Movie declared he landed the part and even posted a photo.

Anyway, here’s your first official look at Sy in character dress as the son of Aborigine mutant refugees, whose powers include energy absorption and redirection, as well as superhuman physical attributes, and the ability to instinctively know his present location.

Stay tuned as more details will follow soon!
