Not too long ago it was reported by our friends over at Laugh Spin that comedian Dave Attell was coming back with his own comedy show. Now Laugh SPin is reporting that Attell is not only coming back but he is bringing a lot of comedian friends such as Lil Rell Howery, Luenell, Jermaine Fowler, and April Macie along for the ride. Check out the article below:
Back in August we reported that Dave Attell would be returning to Comedy Central 10 years after his groundbreaking Insomniac show went off the air— this time as the host of his own stand-up comedy show. And now we can reveal the full list of comedians scheduled to tape the show between Dec. 2 and Dec 5 in New York. Check it out below.

Not only does the list of comedians please us, but the venue in which they’re filming is outstanding. Instead of shooting the series at a huge theater, Comedy Central chose The Village Undergound, an intimate venue in New York’s West Village neighborhood, just steps from the Comedy Cellar. In fact, the Comedy Cellar now owns the Village Underground and they’ve re-branded it the Comedy Cellar at the Village Underground. It’s the perfect place for Attell, who’s widely regarded as one of the best club comics of all time.
Comedy Central has yet to announce a name of Attell’s show or when it will premiere. We can tell you, however, the network plans to air eight episodes and they’ll be completely uncensored. Attell is also filming a new one-hour comedy special, which will air sometime next year on Comedy Central.
