EXCLUSIVE- Comedian Cocoa Brown Lands Lead Role In 'Tyler Perry's Single Moms Club'!

Comedy News

We just discovered EXCLUSIVELY that actress and comedian Cocoa Brown has landed that last role in the new Tyler Perry film!  We discovered Cocoa will join actresses Nia Long,  Zulay Henao, and Bridesmaids’ star Wendi McLendon-Covey in the new film titled Tyler Perry’s Single Mom’s Club!

We also hear that other actors who landed in the film are William Levy and Terry Crews along with Perry himself as he will be writing directing and producing.

Brown, who many of you know from her role in Tyler Perry’s For Better Or Worse, will be playing the role of Lydia (which is being falsely reported by many websites to be played by Nia Long). Brown joins the cast in a major role as one of the single mothers who all come together by a twist of fate to support one another.

Filming is currently underway as Lionsgate has set Single Moms Club to open on May 9, 2014.
