Katt Williams Arrested Again In Seattle While Using Pool Cue As A Weapon!

Comedy News

In the news that seems to be like a broken record, comedian Katt Williams was arrested AGAIN, and this time, after brandishing a pool cue as a weapon! Check out the article from SOHH:

Less than 24 hours after footage of comedian Katt Williams attacking a Target employee surfaced, the troubled actor has been arrested on assault and harassment charges in Seattle.

ccording to reports, Williams got busted Sunday (December 2) afternoon following a bar incident.

Officers were called to the World Sports Grille near 9th Avenue North and Westlake Avenue around 2:30 p.m. to investigate a report involving Williams and a bar patron. According to the Seattle Police Department, Williams, who was in town to perform a show at the Parmount Theater, exchanged words with patrons at the bar and brandished a pool cue at the bar manager. Williams also allegedly flicked a cigarette at a woman in a car. When officers tried to arrest Williams, he allegedly struggled and refused. He was booked into the King County Jail for investigation of assault, harassment and obstruction. (Q13 Fox Seattle)

Police spokesman Jonah Spagenthal-Lee has released a statement on what went down.

“During the incident Williams exchanged words with patrons in the bar, brandished a pool cue at a bar manager and refused to leave the business,” Spagenthal-Lee said. “At one point during the altercation, Williams followed a family outside of the bar where, as the family got into their car, Williams flicked a cigarette through a car window at a woman, striking her just below her eye. Williams also threw a rock at the family’s car.”

    Come On Humormill

At a time like this, it would be great to see something positive about My Fellow Comedian! Katt Williams. Just as you can seem to find the positives about other comedians.

Enough with what feels like a Tabloid List of Postings.

What about the fact that he’s still selling major tickets at Major Venues.
The fact that he Employs Comedians who may otherwise, not get a booking of the same magnitude!

Or the fact that for some reason, he seems to be a target of yours.

Honestly, I’m tired of reading a magazine where the basis of the news is about Comedians, repeatedly posting the negative on one, who has reached levels of success that we’d all like to feel. Go a little deeper, please.

There’s obviously something else going on, but why hark on the negative.

I say this, because I subscribe and support Humormill.

But, I’m also apart of a very special Fraternity of Comedians and I SUPPORT THEM FIRST!

Also remember, not everyone can do THIS!
Why do you think that is?
There’s a reason for the darkness.
How about a story examining that reality, we’re not Glossy all the time!

      Ralph,

You are clearly NOT a regular reader of The Humor Mill. We ALWAYS print news focusing on comics on the rise and popular comics. Also we even post stand up comedy performances of comedians and comedy writers to give them exposure. From web series, to stand up. Who else does that?

When it comes to Katt Williams, if you properly READ each article we REPOST stories that are first reported by other news outlets and not report the news first. Believe me, we could post some more stuff we hear about him, but we choose not to. We only report stuff that is at worse being reported else where BECAUSE we focus on comedy. If other news outlets wont report it, we wont either, especially if its negative.

So, before you make those types of statement, you really need to do your homework.

        I do read your Publication.

As well, I read between the lines.

Your reply to my post sounds personal.
Is this an open forum, where my opinion can be expressed without an attack on my ability to read properly. Because reading has never been a problem for me.

Or did I respond to a personal blog?
Let me know, because whoever this is who replied, sounds my comment struck a nerve.

This is an open forum, and it did strike a nerve because you based your comment on information that was wrong, and while doing so it seems that you are trying to get the other comedians to follow your lead. You should know with us there is NEVER any reading between the lines. Everything is always straight forward, and we rarely print how we feel about any story. If that was the case half of the stuff i publish wouldnt make t because a lot of it I dont feel is print worthy. Again, I dont make the news, I just report it.
