LeToya Luckett Discusses New Film 'From The Rough' And Being The Bad Girl On 'Single Ladies'!

Here is an interview we conducted with singer and actress LeToya Luckett as she discusses the film From The Rough. What many don’t know is that this film was her FIRST film in which she acted in, it just wasn’t released. Now, several years later, the film debuts and showcases the then young actress in a role that many will love to see her in; the good girl looking for love.

The film, From The Rough is about a female swim coach named Katana Starks (Taraji P Henson) of TSU who becomes the coach of the men’s gold team and guides the team to its first NCAA tournament victory. Luckett plays a student and athlete in the film.
