The Comedian Known As Shang To Film A New 1 Hour Comedy Special In New York!

Comedy News

SHangWe just heard that Killer-Bunny Entertainment, Adam Wasserman and Carole Montgomery have just announced that the comedian known as Shang will be filming his 1 Hour Television Special!

We hear the special will be filmed Jan 17TH, 2015 at the Gerald Lynch Theatre at John Jay College in New York City.

If you are not familiar with Shang, he is  a transplanted New Yorker whose carefully nurtured evolution from stand-up comedy to socio-political satire gives heavy flight to the spoken and outspoken word.

With that said, Shang has continued to rise to the top of the comedy ranks with featured appearances nationwide and abroad. He was featured on HBO Aspen: Best Of The Fest,  Comedy Central ,BBC’s Funny Business, HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, and was host of Access Granted on BET. SHANG has also won 2 half-hour specials on BET’s Comic View Grand Stand . In 2013-14 Shang was featured On AXS TV’s Gotham Live, and 2 seasons of Martin Lawrence Presents and STAAAND UP! both which were seen on the STARZ Network.
