Tony Rock Story Kicking Off 'Get Fit Stay Fit' Celebrity Boot Camp!

Tony RockWe just discovered the news that comedian Tony Rock is kicking off a Get Fit Stay Fit campaign which is a Celebrity Boot Camp to empower those to stay healthy, through his MyROCK Diabetes Foundation!

The 2015 “Get Fit Stay Fit” Celebrity Bootcamp is an impactful event taking place in Los Angeles, CA on January 17, 2015 at North Hollywood Park. During this 2-hour Boot Camp attendees will engage in fitness activities including boxing, basketball, yoga and other cardiovascular and muscular endurance exercises. The BOOTCAMP will be lead by former NBA athletes, WBO Heavy Weight boxing trainer, and other well known celebrity fitness experts. Additionally, each attendee will be offered a free consultation with a certified nutrition specialist for personalized meal plans and diet tips. Guest will also have the opportunity to create workout plans and fitness goals for FY 2015.

Registration is FREE as all expenses have been sponsored by Tony Rock and the MyROCK Diabetes Foundation.

The MyROCK Diabetes Foundation

is a charity organization established by Tony Rock to build awareness and prevention of diabetes among African Americans. After losing his father, Julius Rock, from health issues caused by diabetes complications,  Tony Rock’s became very passionate about helping others deal with this unfortunately common illness.
