Watch 1st Two Episodes Of New STARZ Series 'Survivor's Remorse,' Now!

STARZ is offering multi-platform, nationwide sampling of the first two episodes of the new STARZ Original Series, “Survivor’s Remorse.” The six-episode first season of the half-hour scripted comedy series executive produced by Tom Werner, Maverick Carter, LeBron James, Mike O’Malley, Paul Wachter and Victor Levin and premieres Saturday, October 4 at 9 pm ET/PT on STARZ, but the network has released the first 2 episodes online for you to check out. I’ve embedded both below.

“Survivor’s Remorse” follows Cam Calloway, played by Jessie T. Usher, a basketball phenom in his early 20’s who is suddenly thrust into the limelight after signing a multi-million dollar contract with a professional basketball team in Atlanta. Cam, along with his cousin and confidant Reggie Vaughn, played by RonReaco Lee, move to Georgia to start Cam’s journey to success. The two confront the challenges of carrying needy family members and their strong ties to the impoverished community that they come from. Cam, Reggie and an unforgettable group of characters wrestle with the rewards and pitfalls of stardom, love, and loyalty.

The cast includes Mike Epps, Tichina Arnold, Teyonah Parris, and Erica Ash.

Mike O’Malley, consulting producer and Emmy-nominated actor for his role on “Glee,” serves as executive producer and showrunner for “Survivor’s Remorse.” Tom Werner, Chairman of the Boston Red Sox and LeBron James executive produce with Maverick Carter, sports marketing executive and LeBron James’s business partner; Paul Wachter, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Advisors, and Victor Levin (“Mad Men,” “Mad About You”).
