Watch The Throwback Interview With Chris Tucker About His Role In ‘Fifth Element’!

One On One

Today we came across a throwback interview with comedian Chris Tucker as he discussed how he landed his infamous role in the film Fifth Element.

If you recall, the sci-fi film debuted in 1997 and also starred Bruce Willis as it was set in the 23rd century and followed the story of a New York City cabbie, Korben Dallas (Willis), as he finds the fate of the world in his hands when Leeloo (Milla Jovovich) falls into his cab.

As the embodiment of the fifth element, Leeloo needs to combine with the other four to keep the approaching Great Evil from destroying the world. Together with Father Vito Cornelius (Ian Holm) and zany broadcaster Ruby Rhod (Tucker), Dallas must race against time and the wicked industrialist Zorg (Gary Oldman) to save humanity.
